Well like I said last week, I left my area and went to a new one on Tuesday. I think the president new that I was right about the Utes being that better team, that and he just got sick of dealing with me, that he decided to send me to the farthest place in the mission. My area is so far away that I didnt get to it until Thursday night at 10pm. Tuesday we had interviews with the president again to talk to us, wednesday we went on a 6 and a half hour bus ride to our zone which is called Cajamarca (google it), Thursday we had zone meeting in the morning and then got in a combi for another 4 and a half hour ride to our area. My new area is called Chota (google it) and it is the place in Peru where all the white people are from. For example the people here have white skin and different colored eyes.
It is actually really cool, because this is the only zone that it is cold. I have gone from not sleeping with blankets at night, to sleeping with 2 heavy blankets and a hoody. It is really cool, but we ( my companion and I) are opening this area that we are working with, we spent all day yesterday and today just meeting and trying to get to know some people here.
I guess that the time has come for me to finally have a white companion also. His name is elder Murphy and he is from New Mexico, he is really cool, but really quiet he doesnt talk much.
So things are good with me. I am a little cold right now, but liking my new area. Questions?
